Well, you shouldn’t! This behaviour is risky. If you cross the street between intersections, you might be invisible to a driver because of parked cars. This bad habit could cost you your life.

Remember, most accidents involving pedestrians are caused by lack of attention or negligence. Naturally, even if you do cross at the intersection, it is of paramount importance to look on both sides before going across.
